Swisher began in 1861 when Ohio merchant David Swisher took a small cigar business as payment on a debt. The company launched King Edward in 1918, moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1924 and shipped the first Swisher Sweets in 1958. Swisher International's cigars are built to be dependable, familiar and easy on the wallet.
